At Moonstone Timber Frame we have built timber and log structures from 150 sq. feet to over 12,000 sq. feet. The only limit we have is your imagination. We also offer additions, staircases, hand drawknifed log siding, log railings and welcome any special request.
Our primary role in the construction process is to cut and prepare the individual frame members or logs in our beamery, transport the timbers and/or logs to the site, then assemble the structure on location. We generally handle the ordering of the structural insulated roof and wall
panels (SIP). We can work with general contractors and/or subcontractors (plumbing, heating, electrical, etc.) who may not be familiar with timber frame structures or log homes and pre-manufactured panels. In many cases, our customers employ a general contractor of their choice and we serve as a sub-contractor and as a consultant. |

"In 2006, Moonstone Timber Frame was fortunate enough to help out with
the Tsunami Relief in Sri Lanka by supplying our expertise and services in
timber frame structures to a local community.
The voluntary services we
supplied allowed a for a new hammer beam church to be erected where an old
one was destroyed by the Tsunami, giving the local people a new place for
worship."
